Abdel Aziz Salem Submitted by Khalid on Sat, 2008/05/31 - 19:12. E.G.C. | Friends This is a photo of Abdel Aziz Salem (known as Zizo in school). Aziz has been living in Dubai, UAE since 1990, working as an investment banker. Zizo and Magdy El Rayes were inseparable in El Nasereya High School. They even developed their own peculiar “lingo” and imitation of teachers: Abshihi for Arabic, and  the science guy (forgot his name, used to write poetry) when he was gesturing with his hand on how fi

Scott McClellan on Keith Olbermann

Posted By in Uncategorized

Ms. Underestimated has the video to Scott McClellan’s first cable interview. The oleaginous Keith Olbermann simply oozes vitriol as he advances theories that would make any 9/11 truther green with envy! Olbermann: “Did Bush see 9/11 as an opportunity?” An opportunity? It was a terrorist attack that left over three thousand Americans dead and left many segments of the economy wounded. Olbermann pictures Bush rubbing his hands with glee over the prospect of making his Iraq war come to pass

Summer Business

Posted By in Uncategorized

So Graduation was yesterday, releasing me from the chains of servitude. Well, sort of. I agreed to do a little tutoring for the reading and writing proficiency tests during the first two weeks of July. It’s $27/hour, and even at just a couple hours a day, it will pay for our trip to the Virgin Valley to go opal mining the very next week. Oh Saturday, what a gorgeous day you turned out to be (although this morning was so cold, self nearly froze while walking around the Redwood City Farmers Market, because she forgot to bring her jacket) How self adores the apricots and cherries she saw at the market, just bursting with sweetness. Oh beagles, with their barking friendliness, their wayward tangle of leashes, their swaybacked walks, their tongues hanging out the closer we get to home. Oh Stafford Park, this afternoon you are fu

Doc’s Version of “It’s a Wonderful Life” 30 05 2008 Current Thinking Parents wiki topic: What would you be doing right now if you didn’t have kids? What JJ thinks about this topic: See Doc’s Domain for a better post on this than you’re likely to see, at least from me.
